Strong experience with PI System architecture, configuration, and administration. Expertise in PI System client tools such as PI SMT, PI System Explorer & PI Datalink Knowledge of PI System security configurations and user access management. Experience with data integration and working with third-party interfaces or data connectors. Expertise in performance tuning and troubleshooting of PI System components. Experience with cloud-based solutions, specifically with PI Cloud. Configure and optimize interface/connector between PI and control systems (e.g., OPC, Modbus, DCS, SCADA). Build Asset Framework hierarchies, templates, event frames, and analytics. Develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using PI Vision or integration with other BI tools. Troubleshoot data latency, communication, and reliability issues. Ensure data integrity, security, and availability across PI infrastructure. Document system architecture, configurations, and user guides. Role & responsibilities We are looking for an experienced and proactive Electrical Engineer to support our GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) production plant in Ghaziabad. The candidate must have hands-on experience in working with PLC-based systems and industrial electrical maintenance. We are looking for a licensed and experienced 1st Class Boiler Operator to operate, monitor, and maintain the plant's steam boiler systems. The candidate must ensure all equipment is functioning efficiently, safely, and in compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain high-pressure steam boilers as per the Boiler Act and safety guidelines. Perform routine checks, monitor gauges, and record data related to temperature, pressure, and water levels. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance of boiler equipment and auxiliary systems. Respond promptly to equipment faults, alarms, or emergency situations.
