Role & responsibilities We are looking for machine operators for our GFRP (Glass Fiber Reinforced Polymer) production unit in Ghaziabad. The person should have experience in running *Pultrusion machines* or other machines used for making GFRP products. Preferred candidate profile Run and manage pultrusion or GFRP machines safely and correctly * Check that the machine is working properly and do basic cleaning and maintenance * Make sure resin, fibers, and heat settings are correct during production * Report any problems to the supervisor quickly * Follow all safety rules while working * Help in keeping production and raw material records *Who Can Apply:* * Must have at least 25 years of experience working on pultrusion or GFRP machines * ITI or diploma holders preferred, but not compulsory if experienced * Should know how to handle small machine issues * Must be ready to work in shifts * Should be physically fit and ready to work on the factory floor
