The role of an Educational Counselor specializing in MBBS Abroad at Vidya Vriddhi, a unit of JP Technologies, involves providing educational consulting services to students. As a full-time remote role, you will be responsible for guiding students in their career paths, assisting them in applying to foreign medical schools, and offering counseling on higher education options. Your daily tasks will include helping students make informed decisions, communicating with prospective students, and collaborating with international education providers. To excel in this role, you should possess strong educational consulting and career counseling skills, along with experience in student counseling and education. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as you will be working independently and remotely. A solid understanding of the higher education sector, particularly in MBBS programs abroad, is required. A Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred. In this position, your key responsibilities will include engaging with potential customers through phone calls to provide information about NEET-PG/FMGE courses. Your goal will be to convert leads into sales and ensure a smooth handover to the post-sales team. Managing and updating customer information in our CRM or sales software, collaborating with the sales manager for daily reporting and performance tracking, and contributing to the development and execution of strategies for user acquisition and sales growth are also part of your role. The ideal candidate for this position should have 1-2 years of experience in abroad counseling, preferably in MBBS and NEET courses. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are crucial, along with proficiency in CRM management or similar sales software. You should be able to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and customer engagement.
