About the Role:
As a Sales Executive at Standyou you will play a crucial role in expanding our reach and helping
students achieve their higher education dreams. You will be responsible for generating leads,
converting them into paying customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales
process. Your success directly contributes to Standyou's mission of providing accessible and
affordable higher education opportunities worldwide.
Responsibilities:
Identify and generate leads through various channels (e.g., online marketing, networking,
referrals).
Qualify leads and understand their educational goals and financial needs.
Present Standyou's services effectively to prospective students and their families.
Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Manage the sales pipeline and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
Collaborate with the marketing and student support teams to ensure a seamless customer
experience.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.
Minimum 1.5 years of experience in Education sales or IT Sales.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong sales and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in using CRM software (training will be provided if needed).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Results-oriented and target-driven.
Bonus Points:
Experience with EdTech companies.
Existing network of contacts in the education sector.
