Role & responsibilities Leadership experience in handling large capacity projects Ability to manage site operations and ensure effective coordination among various stakeholders. Responsible to lead the team of discipline engineers for construction supervision and management of the respective discipline works at project site. Assign/distribute works/work areas to the discipline engineers and ensure that the process of review of the Issued for Construction’ drawings and seeking clarification based on the established procedure is followed. Necessary inputs are provided to the Planning Engineer/Team at project site for developing the construction schedule for the respective discipline Understand the requirements specified in the contract agreement of the contractors for respective discipline The engineers collaborate with the contractors for development of the detailed construction schedule/review the construction schedule, resource status submitted by contractors Stage wise inspections, are carried out, of works performed by the contractor based on the approved quality plan and necessary documentation for the inspections performed are maintained Approval of Quality Plan and Inspection Test Plan of the contractors Lead site walk rounds for the respective discipline and participate in quality audits Supervise for safety to maintain a safe workplace.
