Key Responsibilities: Manage the company’s e-commerce platforms (own website + marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) Manage and update product listings across online marketplaces and eCommerce websites Coordinate with internal teams to ensure stock accuracy and timely order dispatch Monitor orders, track shipments, and resolve delivery issues Handle returns, replacements, and customer queries related to online orders Analyze sales data, returns, and marketplace performance reports Coordinate with graphic/design team for banners, promotions, and product creatives Execute daily/weekly deals, price updates, and product visibility enhancements Assist in planning and implementing online promotional campaigns Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Work Location: In person
