Knowledge of AutoCAD/PreDCR 2. Should have basic knowledge of Bylaws, Knowledge of Rajasthan Govt Bylaws is Preferred 3.Should have good communication skill -Verbal & written (English & Hindi) 4. Should be able to take all stakeholders together and make inroads to influence them positively
