Fluent written and verbal communication skills Documentation Skill Awareness / working on Microsoft based applications will be added advantage. SOFT SKILLS: Managing relationship with client officials Patience and understanding Job Responsibilities: AutoDCR support /customer support PreDCR /AutoDCR installation and working Rule interpretation and its application Product demo and training Travel to client location Preparation of help manual and FAQ Product video and use of Helpdesk tools PreDCR drawing conversion
