Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications: 24 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles. Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and Apple macOS systems. Experience with VoIP technologies , including FreePBX, Asterisk, GSM gateways, and IP phone configuration. Solid understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, and domain environments . Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers). Skilled in Outlook/email setup , printer configuration, and basic cybersecurity best practices.

Technical Expertise & Support: Network Mapping - Identifying and managing network infrastructure. Resolving IP conflicts and DNS-related issues .
