Role & responsibilities Install, configure, and support Windows (7, 8, 10, 11) , Linux (Ubuntu, CentOS, Red Hat) , and Apple macOS systems. Set up and manage Windows Server (2016, 2022) , Active Directory , and domain services. Provide comprehensive technical support to users across desktop, laptop, and mobile platforms. Configure and maintain FreePBX and Asterisk VoIP systems; handle GSM Gateways and IP phone (SIP) registrations . Install and support softphones (e.g., Twinkle) and troubleshoot VoIP communication issues. Perform LAN/WAN troubleshooting , and configure routers, switches, DNS, DHCP, and proxy servers. Support and troubleshoot network and local printers . Install and update software, perform OS patching, and monitor system version control across all OS platforms. Maintain and manage asset inventory of all IT equipment including desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices. Ensure secure and efficient configuration of company email systems , especially Outlook and macOS Mail. Set up and troubleshoot macOS-related applications, device configurations, and system permissions. Monitor systems, proactively identify performance issues, and implement effective resolutions. Follow and create detailed technical documentation and user guides. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT initiatives and resolve escalated issues. Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications: 24 years of proven experience in IT support, system administration, or helpdesk roles. Strong hands-on experience with Windows, Linux (Ubuntu/CentOS), and Apple macOS systems. Experience with VoIP technologies , including FreePBX, Asterisk, GSM gateways, and IP phone configuration. Solid understanding of Active Directory, Windows Server, and domain environments . Proficiency in network configuration and troubleshooting (LAN/WAN, DNS, DHCP, switches, routers). Skilled in Outlook/email setup , printer configuration, and basic cybersecurity best practices.

Duties and Responsibilities Collaborate with the Sales team, the Technical Sales Specialist plays an important role to generate new business and ensures growth of existing accounts for assigned client/territory. Attend customer meetings, conduct sales presentations, and deliver product/service demonstrations in person and via virtual meetings. Assesses potential application of moderately complex products or services and offers solutions that meet moderate customer/client needs. Identify areas to help streamline and improve sales processes, perform recommendation and improvement plan to management. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Technology or Engineering. 6 years of technical sales experience in server hardware architecture (preferred). Candidates with technology software experience will be considered. Passion for technology improvement, ability to extract hidden or unrealized requirements and gain consensus on these requirements with the customer. Advanced problem solving and analytical skill, demonstrate ability to multi-task and make timely and sound decisions under conditions of uncertainty or limited data. Agility to manage ambiguous and complex situations, while maintaining good rapport with customers. Able to listen and respond to consumer needs, effectively communicate features and benefits of highly innovative products to customers. Other Information 5 days work week (Mon - Fri / regular working hours). Office is based at Gurgaon, Infocity. Permanent position, on-site working arrangement model.
