Packing & Packaging

Stamping and Lamination must

Ensure secure and efficient packing using the latest packaging schemes.
Monitor packing material inventory to avoid shortages.
Implement cost-effective packaging solutions while maintaining safety.
Pallet Management
Track returnable pallets to ensure timely return and minimize losses.
Oversee reconditioning and reuse of returnable pallets.
Coordinate with customers and transporters for efficient pallet circulation.
Compliance & Documentation
Ensure regulatory compliance with all packaging, shipping, and logistics norms.
Verify and manage shipping paperwork, invoices, and customs documentation.
Ensure audit readiness for logistics and export/import compliance.
Dispatch & Delivery
Monitor daily dispatch targets to meet customer schedules.
Ensure proper fleet management for optimal vehicle utilization.
Minimize demurrages and detention charges through proactive scheduling.
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Address customer complaints related to logistics and packaging.
Implement corrective actions to prevent recurring issues.
Maintain close coordination with production and sales for seamless order fulfillment.
Cost Optimization & Efficiency
Identify opportunities for cost reduction in packaging and logistics.
Optimize transport routes and carrier selection for better efficiency.
Implement data-driven decision-making for logistics improvements
