Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Manager, AI/ML to lead our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a robust development background in any programming stack, including but not limited to Java, .Net, Python, or Node.js. This role requires hands-on experience with AI/ML, preferably using cloud platforms such as AWS Bedrock, Google Vertex AI, or Azure AI. A solid understanding of Generative AI and the ability to manage multiple projects end-to-end is essential. Primary Responsibilities :Leadership and Strategy :Lead and mentor a team of AI/ML engineers and data scientist sDevelop and implement AI/ML strategies aligned with business goal sDrive innovation and stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologie sTechnical Expertise :Utilize solid development skills in programming languages such as Java, .Net, Python, or Node.j sOversee the design, development, and deployment of AI/ML models and solution sEnsure best practices in coding, testing, and deploymen tProject Management :Manage multiple AI/ML projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and qualit yCollaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliverable sMonitor project progress and adjust plans as necessary to meet objective sStakeholder Engagement :Communicate effectively with stakeholders to understand their needs and provide technical insight sPresent project updates, results, and recommendations to senior managemen tInnovation and Research :Conduct research to identify new opportunities for AI/ML application sEncourage a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the tea mComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
