Job Summary:
We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Direct Sales Executives to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products directly to customers, building strong client relationships, and achieving monthly targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and engage with potential customers to promote life insurance products.
Conduct direct sales activities including client meetings, product presentations, and follow-ups.
Understand customer needs and recommend suitable insurance solutions.
Meet or exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales, and customer interactions.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Stay updated on industry trends and company offerings.
Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Prior experience in sales, insurance, or financial services is preferred but not mandatory.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
Ability to handle field sales and direct customer interactions.
