Digital Product Head

As a Digital Product Head, you will be a key member of our team, driving the success of our product line in the market. Your responsibilities will include shaping the product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, customer-centric products. This role offers a unique opportunity to make a significant impact on our company's growth and success. Your duties will involve creating innovative products with user-centered design, setting and driving product goals, and working closely with engineers. You will have the chance to lead the strategy, design, and delivery of products in the fintech domain while developing innovative concepts in collaboration with various stakeholders. To excel in this role, you must have at least 8 years of professional experience in a BFSI Product Owner or Project Management role in a fintech company. You should possess a strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices, along with experience in developing complex and high-quality B2C or B2B products. Additionally, you should have a solid grasp of UI/UX concepts, familiarity with functional tools, and exceptional collaboration, partnership, presentation, and influencing skills. It is essential to have at least 5 years of experience in developing software products and a good understanding of technical product development from scratch. Ideal candidates will also have experience in market research, documentation, user acceptance testing, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in managing a team of Business Analysts and implementing mid to large-sized projects or products is highly desirable. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a track record of using data to solve problems and influence future investments, are considered a plus. Experience in the Fixed Income or equity market is preferred, along with a total of 8+ years of experience in Product Companies, with at least 2 years in fintech products. An educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, MBA in Finance, or Information Technology is required to be considered for this role.
