Role & responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing person to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in 360-degree digital marketing with a strong emphasis on Google PPC, Email Marketing, and SEO. As a Senior Digital Marketer, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies to drive online visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

  • Develop and execute innovative and effective digital marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize Google AdWords campaigns to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of email marketing campaigns, from content creation to deployment.
  • Lead and deploy SEO efforts to enhance organic search rankings and visibility.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and algorithm changes to adapt SEO strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize analytics tools to measure, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives.
  • Provide regular reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement
  • Mentor and lead a team of digital marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing efforts.
  • Manage the digital marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum impact.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience of 3-8 years in digital marketing with a focus on Google PPC, Email Marketing, and SEO.
  • In-depth knowledge of digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Certifications in Google Ads, Google Analytics, or other relevant platforms are a plus.
