Job Description

Role & responsibilities Key Responsibilities: SEO - Perform website audits and identify opportunities for technical and on-page SEO improvement. Conduct keyword research and competitive analysis using tools like Google Keyword Planner, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Ubersuggest, etc. Optimize web pages, blog content, meta titles/descriptions, image alt tags, internal linking, and heading structures. Monitor website performance and rankings using Google Analytics, Search Console, and other SEO tools. Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO best practices are followed in content production. Support backlink acquisition efforts by identifying opportunities and assisting with outreach. Prepare monthly SEO reports and assist in performance tracking and optimization recommendations. Stay updated with search engine algorithm changes and best practices. Social Media Management: Develop and execute monthly content calendars aligned with client goals. Create and post engaging, brand-aligned content on LinkedIn, X (Twitter), Instagram, and YouTube. Design or coordinate visual content (single image, carousel, reels, shorts). Research industry trends, technical topics, and client product info to shape valuable content. Schedule, publish, and monitor posts across multiple platforms. Engage with followers, respond to comments/messages, and manage online communities. Track and report analytics (impressions, engagement, CTR, leads). Email Campaign Management: Plan and develop email campaign strategies based on marketing goals (newsletters, product updates, event invites). Write, design, and build emails using platforms like Mailchimp, Zoho Campaigns, HubSpot, etc. Track email performance and optimize based on open/click rates and conversion metrics. Skills & Qualifications: 3-6 years of hands-on SEO, Social media and email campaign experience Strong understanding of SEO fundamental,s including technical, on-page, and off-page SEO. Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, etc. Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and how websites are structured. Familiarity with CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or similar. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Nice to Have: Understanding of SEO for B2B or technical/industrial websites. Experience working with schema markup, page speed optimization, or multilingual SEO. Knowledge of content optimization for long-form technical blogs or product pages.
