Job Description

Role & responsibilities Digital Marketing & Web Management Develop and implement digital content and campaigns across social media (especially LinkedIn), email, and SEO. Manage and update the company website, ensuring content is fresh, SEO-optimized, and user-friendly. Execute PPC advertising , social media strategies, and email campaigns (Mailchimp). Content & Communication Create engaging articles and posts for blogs, websites, and social channels. Write and design newsletters, datasheets , and marketing emails. Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and visual content. Plan and develop content for digital advertising, product showcases, and campaign launches. Graphic Design & Visual Content Design impactful visuals using Canva (brochures, banners, flyers). Coordinate for campaigns and events. Develop creative assets for global exhibitions, webinars, and trade shows . Event & Campaign Planning Assist in planning and executing company exhibitions and virtual/in-person events. Handle pre-event marketing, booth content, logistics, and post-event follow-up. Collaboration & Coordination Work with Sales, R&D, and Product teams to align marketing materials with business and technical goals. Ensure cohesive brand messaging across all internal and external communications. Market & Competitor Research Conduct thorough market and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and strategic opportunities. Research target demographics to refine positioning and messaging. Preferred candidate profile Educational Background Bachelors degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field. Technical Skills Proficient in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite . Experienced with social media platforms (especially LinkedIn ). Familiar with email marketing tools like Mailchimp. Knowledge of WordPress , digital marketing tools, analytics, and PPC platforms. Soft Skills Strong creative and visual communication abilities. Excellent writing and verbal communication. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Analytical mindset and collaborative approach. Experience 1–2 years in digital marketing, communication, or related role. Experience in the chemical or manufacturing sector is a plus. Exposure to marketing , content development, and digital strategy preferred.
