Digital Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in SEO, Social Media

Optimization (SMO), Google & Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Marketing for a Contract-to-Hire

position. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with a strategic mindset, strong execution

skills, and excellent communication abilities both written and verbal.

Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across Google,

Facebook/Instagram, and LinkedIn

• Perform in-depth SEO audits and drive organic traffic growth (on-page and off-page

SEO)

• Manage social media presence, including content strategies for engagement and

growth

• Run paid ad campaigns, track KPIs, and deliver performance reports
• Conduct A/B testing, analyze performance data, and fine-tune campaigns for higher ROI
• Work closely with internal teams to align marketing goals with business objectives
• Write and edit ad copy, social posts, and landing page content

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing
• Strong expertise in:

Google Ads (Search, Display, Remarketing)

Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)

LinkedIn Campaigns

SEO & SMO

• Proficiency with tools: Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Business Manager,

LinkedIn Campaign Manager, SEMrush/Ahrefs, and keyword planners

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong reporting and analytical skills using Excel/Google Sheets or dashboards
