Job Summary We're looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with at least 3 years of solid experience in digital marketing who can confidently lead and guide marketing initiatives. You’ll be a key player in planning and executing end-to-end digital strategies and working closely with both the internal team and clients to deliver results. Key Responsibilities Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies Oversee and execute campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and Social Media Analyze campaign performance and provide strategic insights for improvement Manage multiple projects and ensure timely delivery with expected quality Collaborate with designers, copywriters, and other specialists to meet client goals Keep up-to-date with digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices Take ownership of results and confidently lead discussions with clients when needed Requirements Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and analytics Experience in working at or with digital marketing agencies is a big plus Proven ability to lead campaigns and initiatives independently Excellent communication, project management, and client-handling skills Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, etc. Confidence, creativity, and a results-driven mindset IMMEDIATE JOINERS PREFERRED Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Weekend only Experience: Digital marketing: 3 years (Required) Work Location: In person
