As a Digital Marketing & Research Senior Associate at Google Operations Center, you will play a crucial role in gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into insightful dashboards. Your responsibilities will include implementing advanced strategies for requirements gathering, creating reports and dashboards using Excel and Google Spreadsheet, and anticipating future requirements to suggest scalable options. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to clarify data-related questions, identify efficiency techniques to reduce creation time, and maintain internal SLAs. Minimum qualifications for this role include a regular bachelor's degree with a strong academic record, proficiency in Advanced MS Excel/Google Spreadsheet, strong business analytical skills, effective written and spoken English (minimum B2 CEFR Rating), ability to work under stringent timelines, and willingness to perform detailed tasks in a 24/7 business model. Preferred qualifications for the position include an understanding of digital media metrics, experience working with global clients, knowledge of digital marketing data analytics, Google Adwords/Youtube data analytics, market research, or quantitative analysis.
