Experience Required: 2–3 Years
Employment Type: Full-time
Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on skills & experience)

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google, etc.
• Create attractive banners, posters, stories, and PPT presentations using Canva, PowerPoint, etc.
• Coordinate with social media influencers and bloggers for promotions and collaborations.
• Utilize AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Canva AI, CapCut, etc.) to generate creative content.
• Boost and manage social media engagement and growth across all platforms.
• Act as the Public Relations (PR) representative for the company – build brand image and communication.
• Write engaging content for posts, reels, ads, and press releases.
• Stay updated with current trends, hashtags, and digital strategies.
• Work closely with the management team for marketing ideas and festival campaigns.

Key Skills Required:

• Digital Marketing (Google Ads, Meta Ads)
• Canva / Photoshop / Video Editing (basic)
• AI Tools for marketing content (ChatGPT, etc.)
• Strong communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Influencer coordination
• Content writing
• Presentation & branding skills

Qualifications:

• MBA in Marketing / Mass Communication / Media / PR
• 2–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing or branding
• Strong portfolio or social media samples preferred
