Role of Digital marketing manager:

Develop and execute comprehensive paid media strategies aligned with overall marketing and business goals.

Identify target audiences, define segmentation strategies, and determine the most effective channels and platforms for advertising campaigns.

Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across platforms such as Adwords, Ads manager, affiliate channels, DSPs etc

Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to achieve defined KPIs including ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.

A/B test ad variations to refine messaging, targeting, and creative elements along with publishing insights on creative/copy performance

Analyze campaign performance data to extract actionable insights and make data-driven decisions.

Generate detailed reports on campaign effectiveness, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.

Recommend adjustments to campaigns based on performance data to improve ROI and achieve campaign objectives.

Develop and manage budgets for various campaigns, allocating resources effectively to achieve optimal results.

Monitor spending, track expenses, and provide regular budget reports to the marketing leadership.

What do you need to succeed

2-3 yrs experience of working with the digital marketing function with reputed brands

Digital Marketing certifications preferred from reputed courses/ universities

Good stakeholder management experience managing multiple agencies, CXOs

Experience with A/B and multivariate experiments Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Net Insight, Omniture, Web Trends)

Experience in setting up and optimizing Google AdWords campaigns
