Ltd. is seeking a proactive and versatile Digital Marketing Specialist to lead client marketing projects while also mentoring students as part of our training division. Key Responsibilities: 1) Client Work: Plan and execute end-to-end digital campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM, email marketing, etc.) Manage paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads) Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO Track performance via tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs Create reports and optimize campaigns based on KPIs 2) Training & Mentoring: Conduct classroom and practical sessions on core digital marketing modules Create curriculum-based assignments and live projects for students Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback Stay up-to-date with latest marketing tools and trends to enrich course delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or related field 2–4 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (client-facing preferred) Proven experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Analytics, Ahrefs, etc. Excellent communication skills (English/Hindi) for teaching Ability to manage time between client delivery and student interaction Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Pay: ₹14,453.17 - ₹51,910.92 per month Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement Flexible schedule Health insurance Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Life insurance Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Morning shift Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 08/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 09/06/2025
