What Youll Do:

• Develop, plan, execute, and manage multi-channel

  digital marketing campaigns

  (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, PPC)
• Plan and execute branding strategies
  
• Strategize and manage

  e-commerce marketing

  for platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, etc.
  
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize for ROI & conversions
  
• Develop and pitch tailored marketing solutions to potential clients
  
• Generate qualified leads and

  drive business development

  
  
• Build and lead a high-performing digital marketing team
  
• Collaborate with creative, content, and development teams for impactful campaigns
  

What Were Looking For:

• 2+ years of hands-on experience in

  digital marketing

  and

  business development

  
  
• Proven success in

  e-commerce marketing

  (B2B, D2C,or B2C campaigns)
  
• Solid understanding of analytics, ad platforms, funnels & CRO
  
• Excellent communication, client handling, and negotiation skills
  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for growth and results
  

Bonus Points For:

• Client acquisition or outbound sales experience
  
• Experience with CRM tools like Zoho, HubSpot, or Salesforce
  
• Startup, agency, or early-stage company experience

Desired Candidate Profile

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing or a related field.
  
• Strong understanding of brand strategy, team handling, promotions, social media marketing, marketing strategy, content creation, email marketing, digital campaigns (SEO), Google Ads (AdWords), digital advertising.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
