Digital Marketing & Client Outreach Assistant (Surat Office)

About Us:
We are a fast-growing Chartered Accountancy & KPO firm catering to Indian as well as international clients (USA-based CPAs, real estate firms, e-commerce companies, and more). To expand our client base, we are hiring a smart and proactive Digital Marketing Assistant who can help in outreach and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Actively reach out to potential clients through platforms like LinkedIn, Facebook Groups, WhatsApp Communities, Freelancing websites (Upwork, Fiverr, Freelancer, etc.)
• Create and manage basic outreach templates (email, DM, proposal)
• Help build and manage social media presence for the company (LinkedIn, Facebook)
• Follow up with leads and schedule meetings with prospects
• Coordinate with internal team for proposal submission and client onboarding
• Maintain a lead tracking sheet and report progress weekly

Who You Are:

• A graduate (preferably in marketing, commerce, or business)
• Good written and spoken English communication
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing, client handling, and freelancing platforms
• Proactive, energetic, and willing to learn
• Comfortable working from office in Vesu, Surat

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

• Day shift
