Digital Marketing Executive - D2C Performance and Growth

What Were Looking For:

A hands-on digital marketing executive who can drive performance campaigns, optimize Meta & Google Ads, and also take charge of email, WhatsApp, and social content. You’ll work from our Bangalore showroom and collaborate with our in-house video editor/photographer to constantly generate fresh, high-converting creatives.

This role is perfect for someone who wants to own marketing end-to-end, experiment constantly, and build measurable impact for a real, growing brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Ads & Analytics

• • Manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google Ads daily
• • Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead generation
• • Test new creatives weekly and reduce ad fatigue
• • Segment and retarget based on product categories or user behavior
• • Analyze campaign results and share weekly reports

Creative Coordination & Execution

• • Plan creatives with the in-house photographer/video editor
• • Write engaging ad copy, headlines, and CTA ideas
• • Create storyboards and hooks for reels or video ads
• • Coordinate monthly content calendar for campaigns

Email & WhatsApp Marketing

• • Build and maintain emailer flows: new launches, offers, abandoned cart
• • Create and send weekly WhatsApp broadcasts
• • Use automation tools to follow up with leads and recent buyers

Organic & Social Media

• • Plan and post Instagram/Facebook content: reels, posts, stories
• • Respond to DMs, comments, and engage with community
• • Monitor trending formats and apply them to lighting

Shopify, Website & Lead Management

• • Check daily form fills and leads — follow up or tag for sales team
• • Coordinate smooth flow from lead visit sale
• • Ensure catalogs and collections are updated on Meta/Shopify

Requirements:

• • 1–3 years of hands-on digital marketing experience
• • Strong understanding of Meta Ads & Google Ads dashboards
• • Basic knowledge of Shopify and analytics tools (GA, Looker, etc.)
• • Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing tools and email platforms
• • Strong English copywriting and creative thinking skills
• • Comfortable working full-time from our Bangalore showroom

Nice to Have (Bonus):

• • Experience in lighting, interior dcor, or eCommerce brands
• • Hands-on with Canva or basic video editing
• • Knowledge of SEO or marketplace listings
