Digital Marketing Executive

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and execute all aspects of our online marketing strategy. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across key digital marketing channels and a deep understanding of how to drive traffic, convert leads, and grow brand presence in the eCommerce space.

Role & responsibilities

Performance Marketing:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Track and improve ROI, CPL, CPA, and ROAS for ad campaigns.

SEO & SEM:

• Perform keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic rankings.
• Manage on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.

Email & WhatsApp Marketing:

• Create and manage automated email and WhatsApp campaigns for promotions, cart recovery, and customer engagement.
• Segment and target customer lists for personalized communication.

Content & Social Media:

• Develop content calendars and manage daily social media activities (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Collaborate with design and content teams to produce creatives and copy.

Website & Conversion Optimization:

• Work with the tech team to optimize landing pages and improve the customer journey.
• Use tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, and others to analyze user behavior and suggest improvements.

Marketplace Coordination:

• Collaborate with marketplace teams (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.) to align marketing efforts.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in eCommerce.
• Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp/Klaviyo, Canva, and basic HTML is a plus.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage budgets and timelines effectively.
• Up-to-date with the latest digital trends and best practices.
