Digital Engineering Networking Engineer Specialist

NTT DATA is looking to hire a Digital Engineering Networking Engineer Specialist to join their team in Bangalore, Karntaka, India. As a part of this team, you will be responsible for various tasks including solid knowledge of how IPSEC VPN works, familiarity with common firewall vendors operation, experience in Azure vWAN network operation and firewall log, VPN logs, routing intent and policies in secure Azure vWAN, packet capture and analysis for troubleshooting, assisting customers during VPN troubleshooting, setting up advanced monitoring and data collection from remote VPN sites, updating network documentation, familiarity with cloud platforms like Azure/AWS/GCP, working on On-Call rotations, working independently in project scenarios, recommending solutions through POCs, strong debugging skills, experience handling P1/P2 calls and escalations, writing formal external RCA documentation and presentations, delivering outstanding customer service, and possessing excellent written and oral communication skills. Basic qualifications for this role include 12+ years of overall operational experience, 7+ years of Network Engineering/Support experience, 4+ years of experience in a diverse cloud support environment in a 24*7 production support model, and 3+ years of Network and Automation experience. Preferred certifications for this role include CISM, CCNA, or CISA preferred, Azure Solutions Architect Professional Certification, and a Four Year BS/BA in Information Technology degree or equivalent experience.
