Digital Creator – Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role: We are seeking a highly creative Digital Creator with expertise in graphic design and video editing to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating compelling visual content for social media, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and promotional videos including Instagram Reels for our real estate ventures and brand campaigns. Key Responsibilities: Design visually engaging graphics, brochures, flyers, catalogues, and branding materials . Create high-quality short-form videos/Reels for company products, project walkthroughs, and event recaps. Develop engaging social media creatives (posts, stories, banners, thumbnails). Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished video content optimized for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Collaborate with the digital marketing and sales teams to plan campaigns and ensure brand consistency. Work on project branding materials , site event creatives, and hoardings. Maintain the company's visual identity and aesthetic across all platforms . Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Graphic Designer & Video Editor , preferably in the real estate or marketing domain. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Experience with tools like Canva , Final Cut Pro , or CapCut is a plus. Strong understanding of social media trends , especially Instagram Reels and visual storytelling. Good sense of design, typography, layout, and color theory. Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Strong attention to detail and creativity. Basic understanding of SEO and UI/UX is a bonus. Preferred Experience: 1–3 years of experience in graphic design and video editing. Portfolio of past work showcasing design and video samples, especially real estate or promotional content.
