Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Strategy, Account Management & Execution of all ads on digital including:
  1. Google Ads
  2. YouTube Ads
  3. Facebook Ads
  4. LinkedIn Ads
  5. Third-party Ad networks & platforms
  • R&D on advertising opportunities for existing clients/leads
  • Development of ad strategies for all clients and campaigns
  • Consulting with clients to determine strategies and budgets
  • Gather and organize information to help with decision-making regarding media placement, campaign length, featured products and services, technical details etc.
  • Ensure that a clients needs are being met and that any concerns are addressed
  • Stay in close communication with the client, answering questions, explaining strategy and providing status updates
  • Obtaining client approval on projects and communicating client feedback to the creative, servicing and social teams
  • Staying up to date with new advances in search, social & display advertising and the competitive landscape
  • To ensure the success of all clients and Digitally Inspired Medias advertising campaigns, you will monitor and evaluate the ads performance, as well as provide progress reports to determine the return on investment of the campaign.
  • Increase business by recommending new opportunities and services
  • Prepare advertising budgets, calendars, fortnightly/monthly reports and project schedules
  • Meet with respective teams during strategy sessions, recommend revisions according to the clients needs and preferences
  • Analyze, plan, implement and monitor advertising campaigns
  • Teams to support/co-ordinate with:
  • Business Development team - for leads/pitches
  • Social Media Team - for clients projects
  • Client Servicing Team - strategies for existing clients, support on campaigns
Knowledge/Skills required:
  • Experience managing International paid search campaigns.
  • Self -learner with a passion for digital advertising.
  • Strong understanding of performance advertising, conversion, and online customer acquisition.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, work within a marketing team, and other departments.
  • Savvy with social media monetization strategies & approaches to market on Google+,Facebook, Twitter, YouTube & LinkedIn.
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • A graduate (MBA a plus)\
  • 3-4 years of international experience in online advertising campaign program management, optimization and analytics
  • Experience with customer segmentation & targeting techniques
  • Passion for analyzing products, customers and market dynamics
  • Strong organizational and analytical skills, strong aptitude for determining the optimal way to position and grow product market adoption
