DevOps Lead

---As a DevOps Lead, you will have to take a hands-on role in leading, developing, and maintaining DevOps processes for FlyNava products.With a deep understanding of the entire product development lifecycle, you will have to commit to continuous improvement.This role involves creating well-designed, efficient, and maintainable processes across multiple product families, ensuring alignment with backend specifications.The DevOps Lead will also collaborate with stakeholders, including product managers, UI designers, and backend leads, to ensure seamless integration and synchronization of DevOps deliverables with the overall solutions and processes.### What you ll bring us:4-6 years of hands-on experience with AWS; Microsoft Azure experience is optional, with cloud expertise in product release operations.- Experience as a DevOps engineer in on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.- Proven track record in implementing CI/CD using GitHub, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, or similar for enterprise software.- Familiarity with continuous testing and monitoring technologies.- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain development, staging, and production environments.- Skilled in orchestration tools such as Ansible, Terraform, and other IaC technologies.- Proficient in Git and other SCM tools, with experience in developing branching strategies.- Expertise in scripting languages like Python and PowerShell for automation.- Proven experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization technologies.- Preferred experience in managing single-tenant and multi-tenant SaaS/PaaS applications.- Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodologies, backlog management, and addressing technical debt.### Benefits that you will be getting:---- Pay for performance (every month).- Rewards and recognition.- Employee wellbeing.- EPF & insurance benefits.- Promotions and international travel.- Relaxed environment & work-life balance.
