Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Manage Customer service team reporting to Customer care manager. Managing daily operations to ensure customer satisfaction goals are met. 2. Ensure the checking, validation, booking of customer orders respecting the customer specification. 3. Follow up customer orders, weekly portfolio review, backlog and communication on delay and anticipation. Respond to customer inquiries & resolve issues in timely and efficient manner resulting in a 98% customer satisfaction score. 4. Ensure the validation, animation, communication, and management of customer scorecards and manage actions related to the performance improvements. 5. Be responsible of the Contract review & follow the contract review procedure. 6. Should have knowledge of MS office, ERP 7. English is must ability to speak, read ,Write. Already working in multinational company will be an added advantage. Preferred candidate profile
