Job Description

As a Desktop Support Technician, your main responsibilities will include reviewing, triaging, resolving, and closing tickets in the ServiceNow queue promptly and efficiently. You will also be tasked with coordinating and organizing repairs with vendors, OEMs, and external repair facilities when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for performing hardware and software moves, adds, and changes (MACs) for all endpoint devices. In this role, you will be expected to diagnose and address technical issues, ensuring thorough follow-up until complete resolution. You will also play a crucial part in installing and troubleshooting software and system-related issues across various types of equipment. Furthermore, you will be required to identify the root causes of technical problems and provide recommendations for appropriate solutions or preventive measures. To excel in this position, you should possess strong skills in Desktop Support, ITIL, and Windows Administration. Your expertise in these areas will be essential in successfully carrying out the duties and responsibilities of this role.,
