Job Description

As an Assistant Desktop Technician, you will be required to have a minimum of 1 year experience in handling IT hardware. Your responsibilities will include understanding various IT assets, performing helpdesk activities, and carrying out shifting activities. In the role of Desktop Support Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years experience in PC systems, Thin Clients, or Printers maintenance, you will be responsible for repairing and maintaining all types of PCs, Thin Clients, and Laptops. Additionally, you will handle the configuration of Thin Clients, repair and maintenance of all types of printers, troubleshooting Wireless Access Points, managing UTP Cables, resolving network issues, and understanding Domain, AD services, profiles, and server operating systems. For the position of Senior Desktop Support Engineer, you are expected to possess knowledge of hardware of PCs, Thin Clients, Laptops, and Printers. Your duties will involve installation and backup of Operating Systems and Other Software, installation and configuration of printers in RDSH environments, OS support to printers, installation of Printer Drivers, configuration of Wireless Access Points, managing Remote Connections, network-related assets like Network Switches, Hubs, POEs, Patch Panels, application deployment, and setting up anti-virus & Firewall settings. This job opportunity is for a Contractual / Temporary position with a contract length of 12 months. The work location is in person during the day shift.
