Address user tickets related to hardware, software, and networking
Guide customers through installation of applications and peripherals
Troubleshoot technical issues both remotely and in person
Document issues and solutions for future reference
Escalate unresolved issues to higher-level support
Ensure user systems are fully functional and up to date
Assist in creating technical manuals and documentation
Familiarity with Windows/Linux/Mac OS
Basic knowledge of routers, switches, and networking
Experience with printers, scanners, and office automation tools
