As the Design Development Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing project management, implementing design thinking strategies, and ensuring the successful development of new products and solutions. Your daily tasks will involve coordinating with different departments, managing timelines, and optimizing design processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality. Additionally, knowledge about costing is required for this role. To excel in this position, you should possess strong skills in Project Management, expertise in Design Thinking, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, proven experience in a manufacturing environment, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. A Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Design, or a related field is preferred.,
