Job Description

As an Interior design coordinator you are expected to coordinate with senior consultants, purchase team, and our onsite team to make sure the project is delivered with all necessary drawings, BOQs, Specification on time so that the execution team can finish the project within the specified budget & time.
Project Management Planning / scheduling, quality monitoring, tracking of project planning. Responsible for assigning budget & schedule for civil & interior works.
Coordination - Coordinate with the Head office, Consultants, and On site team to solve any drawing or technical related issues and get work clearances.
Processes and checklists - Prepare checklist, time schedules, design packages, material procurement processes.
Monitoring - Monitor the vendors and consultants for compliance with schedule, budget and quality. Time to time site visit with the architects or IDs to ensure the intent is executed at site and trouble shoot problems in co-ordination with site execution team. Keep track of design & drawing revisions, during execution drawing revisions etc.
Record keeping – keep all drawings, specifications, as built drawings, contact list etc for future reference. Record project learning and design improvements.

Skills

Proficient in AutoCAD, or other design programs
Degree in Interior Design or Architecture
Proficient on excel, written communication etc
