Design and Content Architect Intern

What You’ll Do

• Brainstorm with the creative experience lead and founder on campaigns
• Design and shoot reels, memes, carousels, infographics, and stories (editing skills are a bonus, not mandatory)
• Contribute to children’s book illustrations and simple digital art
• Participate in school or corporate workshops to see your creative work in action
• Learn directly from parents and families to build authentic, relatable storytelling
• Help define and amplify our positive, playful brand voice

Who You Might Be

• A creative storyteller with memes, reels, and social content in your DNA
• Confident working independently and managing your creative process
• Skilled with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, and open to exploring generative AI tools (Midjourney, ChatGPT, Canva AI)
• Bonus if you can hand-draw or sketch children’s characters
• Extra bonus if you know Figma (not required)
• Curious about brand-building, design, and driving positive social impact
• Excited to see your ideas come alive for kids and families

Compensation & Details

• Stipend:

  ₹12,000–₹15,000 per month (based on skills/experience), with a performance bonus on achieving agreed targets

• Location:

  Bangalore (hybrid: 2 days office, 2 days remote)

• Start Date:

  1st August

• Duration:

  3 months (with potential to extend to 6 months or full-time based on performance)

• Commitment:

  16 working days per month
