Roles & Responsibilities:- A Project Managerwill be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of a project, from initial planning to final completion, ensuring it's delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards . This includes managing budgets, timelines, design, construction, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Planning and Execution: Defining project scope, objectives, and developing detailed project plans. Budget Management: Developing and maintaining project budgets, forecasts, and financial analysis. Timeline Management: Creating and managing project schedules, ensuring timely completion. Resource Management: Assigning and managing project resources, including personnel, equipment, and contractors. Stakeholder Management: Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and consultants. Quality Control: Monitoring construction progress and quality to ensure compliance with plans and specifications. Problem Solving: Identifying and resolving potential issues and problems that may arise during the project lifecycle. Reporting: Preparing and presenting project proposals, budgets, and progress reports to senior management. Compliance: Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
