Position reporting to Plant Maintenance head
Location : Lucknow
Responsible for maintaining and repairing of presses (1250ton, 1000ton, 650ton, 200ton, 160ton,100ton).
Should have knowledge of Mechanical power press, knuckle joint press, gear press, cross shaft presses hydro pneumatic press, Drop hammer.
Should have Knowledge of electrical motor starter DOL Starter, Star Delta Starter, compressors, VFD and PLC and automation sensors and its uses.
Hoist and overhead Crane maintenance
Responsible for attending the Breakdown and find root cause to implement in corrective & preventive maintenance action to improve the performance of high-Speed production.
