Deputy Manager Operations

As a global freight forwarding company, House of Shipping is seeking a highly skilled Deputy Manager- Operations to join our team in Gurugram, Delhi. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating with various stakeholders such as Shipping Lines, Vendors, Overseas Agents, and Customers to ensure smooth operations. Your role will involve working closely with Shipping Lines for Pre Alerts, VGM, and Bill of Lading releases. Additionally, you will be responsible for coordinating with Vendors including Transporters, CHA, and ICD operations. You will also liaise with Overseas Agents for Pre Alerts, Master Bill of Lading releases, and overseas door deliveries. Furthermore, your duties will involve collaborating with Customers to handle all documentation required for Bill of Lading release. The ideal candidate for this position should possess comprehensive knowledge of Export and Import documentation processes.
