Job Description

Role Objective: The AGM/DGM - Operations is a senior leadership role responsible for overseeing the daily operations of paper cup manufacturing of different GSM and ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects related to the production, quality control, logistics, and customer satisfaction in the paper cup manufacturing process. The role combines strategic planning with hands-on operational management, requiring both leadership and technical expertise. Specifically Paper Industry only Job Location: Manjushree Packtek Pvt Ltd, Bommasandra Industrial Area, Bengaluru, India Required Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Paper technology or Industrial Engineering, or Mechanical Engineering. Minimum of 18-20 years of experience in manufacturing operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the paper or packaging industry. Strong knowledge of production processes, lean manufacturing, quality control, and supply chain management. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage and resolve complex operational issues under pressure. In-depth knowledge of paper cup manufacturing, industry-specific regulations, safety standards, and environmental guidelines. Knowledge: About Paper and its type Paper Cup Manufacturing Paper Packaging and paper cup market. Familiarity with ERP and production management software. Hands-on experience in managing teams and building a high- performance culture. II. Skills Proven ability to optimize operational workflows and improve productivity. Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision- making. Eye For detail and inquisitiveness Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing operational challenges. People management skills III. Behaviour Empathy Integrity Emotional Intelligence
