Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Strategic Planning: a. Collaborate with the Director and executive team to develop and implement long term business strategies. b. Lead Strategic projects including capacity expansion, new technology implementation and process automation. 2. Sales Strategic Planning a. Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies aligned with the company. b. Analyze market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback to adapt strategies accordingly. c. Identify and target key segments such as food service companies, QSRs (Quick Service Restaurants), Wholesalers distributors and retailers 3. Business Development: a. Generate Leads and acquire new customers across local, regional and national markets b. Expand distribution channels and explore export opportunities 4. Key Account Management: a. Build and maintain strong relationships with high value clients including bulk buyers and institutional customers. b. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms to ensure long term partnerships. 5. Sales operations and Reporting: a. Work closely with production and logistic teams to ensure timely order fulfilment. 6. Team Leadership a. Recruit, train, and lead team of sales executives and territory managers. b. Set sales targets and KPIs for the team: monitor performance and provide regular feedback and support.
