Job Description

Clinical support : Assist dentists during dental procedures by handing them instruments, sterilizing equipment, and ensuring a sterile and organized treatment environment. Prepare patients for dental treatments by taking and recording vital signs, updating medical histories, and explaining procedures. Take and develop dental X-rays as directed by the dentist. Provide chairside assistance during dental procedures, anticipating the dentist's needs and ensuring patient comfort. Patient Care: Educate patients on proper oral hygiene practices and post-treatment care. Schedule and confirm appointments, and follow up with patients regarding treatment plans and post-operative care. Address patient concerns and inquiries, providing a friendly environment to patient Manage the assistant desk, phones calls, greeting patients, and handling appointment scheduling.
