Delivery Program Manager

As a Senior Delivery Program Manager at Nomiso, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end delivery of complex Telecom O/BSS transformation and system integration programs. Your role will involve managing large-scale projects, ensuring seamless execution across customer, offshore, and onshore teams. You will play a crucial part in driving program profitability, stakeholder management, and delivering innovative solutions for customers. Your key responsibilities will include overseeing the planning and execution of sprints, backlog prioritization, and ensuring alignment with DevOps frameworks. You will be the primary point of contact for customers, driving regular reviews, managing escalations, and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders. Additionally, you will be accountable for the financial management of assigned programs, including monitoring project budgets, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring financial targets are met. Leading and mentoring cross-functional teams will be a significant aspect of your role, where you will foster collaboration, productivity, and growth. You will also be responsible for addressing team conflicts, implementing people management strategies, and promoting team motivation to ensure alignment with program objectives. Identifying inefficiencies in delivery processes and implementing improvements, as well as introducing automation tools and standardized delivery frameworks will be crucial for enhancing quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction. Your role will also involve providing strategic solutions to customers for business challenges, collaborating with sales teams for new business opportunities, and supporting solutioning efforts. To be successful in this role, you must have 14-16 years of experience in program management, with a focus on Telecom O/BSS transformation, system integration, and managed services. A strong understanding of Telecom O/BSS architecture, ITSM frameworks, and hands-on experience with monitoring tools and DevOps practices is essential. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with proficiency in tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, GitLab, Kubernetes, and Terraform. A Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related field is required, along with preferred qualifications such as certification in O/BSS products, PMP/Prince2 certification, and ITSM certification. Experience in global delivery models and knowledge of emerging trends in Telecom and IT will be advantageous.
