The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in IT service delivery, client engagement, team leadership, and preferably, experience in the U.S. banking domain

Job Title: Delivery Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple concurrent projects or programs, ensuring high quality and adherence to timelines and budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the client, facilitating ongoing communication, expectation management, and alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage cross-functional teams including developers, testers, analysts, and support staff across onshore-offshore models.
  • Monitor key project metrics, proactively identify risks or dependencies, and drive timely resolutions.
  • Ensure compliance with SLAs, contractual terms, and internal governance standards.
  • Coordinate with resource managers for staffing, training needs, and performance management.
  • Continuously improve delivery processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
  • Support pre-sales initiatives and solution design when required.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams to forecast and track revenue and resource demand.
  • Work closely with talent acquisition for proactive workforce planning based on project pipeline and ramp-up schedules.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 12+ years of experience in IT project delivery, with at least 3 years in a Delivery Manager or Program Manager role.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and project methodologies such as Agile and Waterfall.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects and large teams in distributed/onshore-offshore environments.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and client engagement skills.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and team management capabilities.
  • Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, MS Project, and Confluence.
  • Professional certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in the U.S. banking or financial services domain.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance, core banking systems, or digital banking platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced, dynamic, and client-driven environments.
