Delivery Associate

Location : Gurugram

Mode: Onsite

Experience - 4yrs - 7yrs

Key Responsibilities:

Managing Work & Deliveries:

Collect requirements from
business, support, and operations teams
and turn them into clear tasks.
Work with the
tech team
to assign priorities and set deadlines.
Track progress and ensure tasks are completed on time.
Identify
bottlenecks
and find ways to make processes smoother and faster.

Leading the Support Team:

Manage and support the
customer support team
, ensuring quick resolution of issues.
Troubleshoot
software and hardware
problems, working with the tech team for solutions.
Set up
response time targets (SLAs)
to improve service quality.
Keep records of common issues to help improve the system.
Train the support team to handle problems better and faster.

Audits & Training at Client Locations:

Conduct audits at client locations to check vending machine performance and operational efficiency.
Identify areas where clients need support,process improvements or software training.
Provide on-site training to clients and operators to help them the system effectively.
