Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Automation Anywhere Developer to join our RPA team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and implementing automation solutions using Automation Anywhere. You will work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business processes and identify automation opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using
Automation Anywhere (A360 or v11)
.
Collaborate with business users and analysts to understand and document automation requirements.
Create and maintain RPA bots, reusable components, and frameworks.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing bots as needed.
Ensure bots are scalable, secure, and maintainable.
Maintain documentation on solutions, processes, and automation logic.
Provide production support and bot monitoring.
Follow best practices for exception handling, logging, and error recovery.
Work with RPA orchestrator/control room for bot scheduling and management.
Assist with RPA infrastructure setup and integration with third-party tools when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4+ years of IT experience, with
2+ years of hands-on experience in Automation Anywhere
.
Strong understanding of RPA lifecycle and best practices.
Experience with Automation Anywhere A360 (cloud or on-prem) is highly preferred.
Proficient in building bots using TaskBots, MetaBots, and IQ Bots (optional).
Knowledge of scripting languages like
VBScript, JavaScript, Python
, or
SQL
is a plus.
Experience with
Control Room
,
Bot Insight
, and
Bot deployment
.
Familiarity with
OCR
,
API integration
,
Web Services
, and
Citrix automation
.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

Automation Anywhere Certified Advanced RPA Professional or higher.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Knowledge of other RPA tools like UiPath or Blue Prism is a bonus.
Experience with version control systems (Git, Bitbucket).
Exposure to AI/ML integrations with RPA is a plus.
