We are seeking a seasoned Technical Writer to lead documentation initiatives across multiple product lines within ZS and Healthcare Domain. This is an individual contributor role, responsible for creating and maintaining tech documentation and decks, including SOPs, Research on cloud platforms, GenAI, and other supporting materials, to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal requirements. This role involves working with various stakeholders, managing the Document Development lifecycle, and contributing to the overall documentation strategy. What you'll do: - Create, edit, and manage high-quality technical documentation including user manuals, technical design documents, standard operating procedures (SOPs), procedure guides, and instructional materials. - Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs), product managers, developers, and cross-functional teams to gather accurate information. - Translate complex technical or process-based information into clear, concise, and user-friendly content for a variety of audiences. - Develop and maintain documentation templates and information architecture to ensure consistency, usability, and ease of data migration. - Ensure documentation complies with organizational standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices for version control and accessibility. - Maintain centralized repositories for documentation to support ongoing updates and efficient information management. - Contribute to the creation of training materials, internal process documentation, and support content.
