Job Description

Job Location: Noida NSEZ

Shift Timings: US Shifts (WFO)

Job Responsibility:

Supporting bulk data imports, manual data entry, and addressing ongoing customer needs related to data management.
Serve as a point of contact for customers on data collection and data inquiries, guiding them through data submission processes, and troubleshooting issues.
Maintain accurate documentation of data submissions, customer communications, and data integrity checks for reference by internal stakeholders.

Role

Effective communication skills for assisting customers and working with internal teams.
Experience working in a customer-facing role
Expertise in a data analytics, data ops or data management role, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment.
Proficiency with Excel and data entry tools, along with an understanding of CRM and project management systems like Jira.
Working understanding of ESG or sustainability reporting is preferred.
