Data Scientist II

As a Data Scientist II at AGCO, you will play a crucial role in developing and executing data science and analytics use cases to address critical business opportunities. You will also be responsible for mapping analytical insights into actionable recommendations, advocating for change, staying updated on data science practices, and providing leadership and mentorship to junior data scientists. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 7 years of experience in a related field with a strong track record in implementing data science projects. Technical proficiency in Python, R, and big data tools is required, along with a deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and frameworks. Experience in data mining, predictive modeling, deep learning, and working with large datasets is essential. Strong data visualization, communication, and leadership skills are also necessary, along with a background in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields.
